Overview of Services

This core facility has been set up to show all aspects of the iLab Base Suite of Software. 

It includes the following features which have been enabled:

• Resource Management
• Includes Kiosk UI to allow for real-time tracking of resource utilization
• Service Project Management
• Service Management
• Reporting
• Billing & Invoicing

Additionally, in order to cupport the more complex workflow needs as outlined by UoA, where users must first request access to the facility and complete a lab induction prior to requesting resources or additional instrument inductions Advanced Training levels feature has been enabled for this purpose.

Leadership

Professor Clark, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research Infrastructure),  will ensure the University’s research infrastructure is state-of-the-art, attracting world-class researchers and enabling impactful, cutting-edge research outputs.
